While everyone is very nice and the office is extremely clean, I am disappointed. My appointment was scheduled for 2:00 and I arrived a little after 1:30. I had my 4 month old son with me. I was not taken back until 2:10, which is understandable as I was early. The hygentist attempted to take X-rays twice-exposing me to radiation- but the images would not load on her computer because the system needed calibrated. I was taken to another room and the X-rays would not work in there either. I was scheduled to have a filling replaced. At 3:00 the dentist comes in and tells me that she doesn't feel comfortable doing the filling because it could scare my son and I didn't have anyone with me to hold him. I was told that I would need to reschedule when I had someone with me, when someone would be able to watch him at home, or when the office worker who usually watches people's children was working. I am extremely upset. I should have been told this when I arrived at 1:30 and not made to wait until 3:00 to be told to reschedule.
